These three people would later become Ritterkreuzträger (recipients of the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes): Vietinghoff on 24 June 1940 and 16 April 1944 (Eichenlaub), Hofmann on 7 May 1945, and Glasl on 11 October 1943.
