Quisling had traveled all the way from Norway to get a close-up look at the conditions of his country's SS volunteers in the SS-Infanterie-Regiment "Nordland" / SS-Division "Wiking" (motorisiert). He walks through a Soviet village to the Norwegian volunteers' assembly point.
