Kapitänleutnant Adalbert Schnee (bearded officer 5th from left, Kommandant U-201) in conversation with other Kriegsmarine officers. Schnee was awarded the Ritterkreuz after three patrols in U-201, then on the seventh he sank ships totalling 41,036 tons, which earned him the Eichenlaub to his Ritterkreuz.
