Erich Löwe in the tea / coffee party with his comrades. Löwe received the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on 4 September 1940 as Hauptmann and Chef 3.Kompanie / Panzer-Abteilung 65 / 6.Panzer-Division. He got the Eichenlaub for his Ritterkreuz posthumously on 8 February 1944 as Major and Kommandeur schwere Panzer-Abteilung 50.
