Blaskowitz in Capitulation of Warsaw

At 12:45 hours appeared, led by the Chief of Staff of the Polish First Army Corps, General Tadeusz Kutrzeba (right, back to the camera) accompanied by the Chief of Staff of the Commander of the Garrison of Warsaw, Colonel Aleksander Tadeusz Praglowski (2nd from right). In the command vehicle of 8 AOK (Armeeoberkommando) were established the conditions for a 24-hour truce, in order to begin negotiations for the surrender of the fortress. The beginning of this is set for September 28, 1939 at 09:00 hours. On behalf of German forces was General der Infanterie Johannes Blaskowitz (Oberbefehlshaber 8. Armee), who sit in the middle. The negotiation was held inside the Omnibus Opel Blitz Typ 3.6-47 2.5-ton, 4x2.
